Extension Lecture on “Stress Management”

WSDC in collaboration with Placement Cell organized an Extension Lecture on “Stress Management” on Sep.27, 2020. The Lecture was delivered by Mrs. Poonam Panwar, Retd. Principal, Govt. College, Barwala, Panchkula. She suggested the ways to manage stress. Approximately 130 students attended the Lecture.
